Calvert Green Neighbourhood Plan - Have your say!

Calvert Green Parish Council are developing a Neighbourhood Plan. A Neighbourhood Plan is an important and powerful tool giving you a voice and a means to shape development and planning policies in your community.

Below is the draft Calvert Green Neighbourhood Plan. The Plan establishes a village boundary or area covered by the Plan, a vision and objectives for the Plan, and includes a number of land use policies including a design code, recognition of the local green infrastructure, and protection for local green spaces.

The Parish Council would like to have your views on thedraftNeighbourhood Plan. If you have comments on this Plan please provide them by10 July 2024 to clerk@calvergreenparish.co.uk or Neighbourhood Plan Comments, The Parish Clerk, 10 Rustics Close, Calvert Green, Buckinghamshire, MK18 2FG.

Once the consultation exercise is complete, the Parish Council will consider the comments made and prepare a final version of the Plan. This will be submitted to Buckinghamshire Council to arrange for its independent examination. A referendum will then be held for the community to decide whether to adopt the plan.
