An update regarding works in the Brackley lane / Werner terrace area. Advanced works notice attached.

The key points to note are that:

• There will be some night time road closures week commencing 7^th November. The closures will be from 8pm to 6am and are required for our survey team to carry out topographic surveys.
• The works is being done in two phases – nights of the 7^th, 8^th and 9^th of November will involve the Werner Terrace / School hill section. The night of the 10^th and 11^th will be Brackley Lane.
• Residents access will be maintained to properties and the parking area at the back of Werner terrace and the road closures will have operators at the closure points. Ideally it would be best if vehicles were not on the highway section of the closures.
  
• These works have been coordinated so they do not conflict with other road closures in the area.
