Planning Process
The Parish Council does not have the power to determine planning applications but is consulted by Aylesbury Vale District Council on all applications under consideration. Members of AVDC or officers with delegated powers make the decisions.
The Parish Council draws up a response to each application which is then returned to AVDC. Please note all residents are entitled to send in their own response to AVDC for each planning application in addition to the Parish Council.
